We know that you cannot do it (per manufacturer specifications) for less than us. But rather than attempt to convince you of that, we have decided to support your efforts. Some of our prospects get internet confused and do not even remember how they found us. On the internet you will find everything from build your own, start-up manufactures, vertical axes (don't waist your money), commercial, utility grade and legacy rural small wind turbines (up wind design, water wind mill tails losing 10-20 % available wind energy, mechanical brakes (requiring service), off loads (unusable energy), loud fiberglass blades (requiring annual replacements), bearing and gear stress from airplane wing style blades,  installed on guyed wire towers / radio towers and require a fall zone). We only represent the Skystream 3.7 wind turbine as it is the only one that makes price and performance sense in Texas.  The wind market has had enthusiasts for years and many web sites have been posted (we in 1997)!

 We feel obligated to inform you of the pitfalls of the DIY Process: We do not want to discourage you!  We just need to cover any liabilities we may have as the equipment provider. 

• Risk of voided manufacturer warranty. - Improper installation will void warranty!
• Risk of injury or death - This is heavy construction! Many failure points!
• Risk of foundation failure - Concrete is a science, requires training and experience
• Risk of non-producing installation - Wind Turbine installation requires training and experience. Self install or unprofessional installation will result in very poor energy production. This is not a tree or street light!!!
• Risk of seeing your turbine on the ground - We had one person purchase a very old 30' radio tower. The tower must be engineered to support the Skystream 3.7 Wind Turbine in the worst possible wind conditions. Our towers are specifically ENGINEERED (with actual engineering stamps) to support the Skystream 3.7 Wind Turbine.  Here is an example of what we are talking about. Drive 30 M.P.H. and place your hand out the window, now stand in the back of a truck with a 4x8 piece of plywood. Now image 90-140 M.P.H. (Inland / Hurricane) winds.   You would be surprised how many opportunist (non authorized dealers or shopping carts - no accountability) that would cut steel or use towers that SWWP has disapproved of at your expense.
• Risk of improper wiring! You can damage your turbine, void the warranty, burn down your house and lose power from improper wire sizing. Our installation is performed by a licensed and insured master electrician, per the national electrical code and manufacture requirements. That is how we do it with or without permit requirements.
• Risk of not making the purchase as result of poor information - This is a REAL BIG ONE! Power curves and Wind Maps can provide VERY poor estimates.  You will need professional help here!
• Risk  of thinking you can not afford it. What are you going to do with all the savings!  FREEDOM at pay off! You just put a cap on increasing electric costs or removed it all together!
• Risk  of never getting around to it!  This is a major project that requires large equipment and more man hours than most people have available. Your meter will never spin backwards if you don't get started!

On our first radio broadcast (March 2007) we announced the price of the Skystream 3.7 on a 33' tower for $18,500.  It took us six months to sell the first one and since then, we have mastered the processes, purchased inventory in volume and amortize large equipment purchases (for more efficient installations) We have estimated the starting retail price for the Skystream 3.7 on a 33' pole to be $13,500 (that's cheaper than a car and it makes most of its own payments!).  Currently we are discounting the starting retail price for Early Adopters (that's you) to only $12,500.00! That is the lowest professionally installed price for a Skystream 3.7 on the PLANET! But, if you think we are just trying to sell you... (we love what we do....)  Your welcome to back up your truck to our loading dock or we can delivery it for you.

Low Price and Quality. We will not be under sold for the same quality product and will try our best to provide the lowest price the first time. We are the AUTHORIZED MASTER DEALER and only use ENGINEERED towers / foundations (w/ stamps) and will not determine the location of a wind turbine by pre-packaged wire bundles (not a street light)We will evaluate your site and place the turbine in the best possible location to maximize your return on investment. We will not short rebar, concrete, use under sized wire (No direct burial wire! Conduit ONLY- per National Electrical Code and performed by licensed electricians), we will not leave you alone with the power company or use towers that are not ENGINEERED for the Skystream 3.7 Wind Turbine. Do we sell equipment for installation in other states?  It depends on market conditions.  If you do not have a qualified local dealer in your area, then we would be happy to provide you with equipment.
