Warranty & Returns

Please Contact our project coordinator at 214-452-3710 Ext 921 for product returns or warranty replacements. Customer service will provide you with an "RA" or Return Authorization number that must be clearly marked on all returned packages to expedite your service. After receiving and evaluating the returned goods, WeKnow Technologies will replace any product covered under the manufacturer's warranty or provide you with a repair / replacement estimate on problems not covered.

If your package was received damaged, please Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged product. WeKnow Technologies will instruct you on return procedures of the damaged product.
