years of experience in facility energy conservation for both
residential and commercial applications in government,
institutional, and privately owned facilities. Marketing
success in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction
business. Broad experience as a mechanical/electrical
facility designer, construction project manager, and
environmental/safety/health manager. Has an extensive
history of “outstanding performance” in conducting facility
design reviews and in troubleshooting complex facility
HVAC/Electrical design problems. Has effectively managed a
design/construction program, an environmental program,
fast-track construction, and technical sub-contracts. Is an
accomplished technical auditor skilled in analyzing cost
effectiveness and ensuring contract compliance. Has a
BS in Industrial Engineering
from UTA and extensive continuing education in HVAC,
Electrical design management, executive management, and the
